Here is the breakdown of the throw:

Mudranov (RUS) attacks first with a left kosoto-gake.

Urozboev (UZB) defends against that by doing a kind of uchimata movement.

Mudranov casually sidesteps it, thinking he is in no danger.

Urozboev immediately follow sup with a left kosoto-gake of his own. This catches Mudranov off guard.

With his left leg hooked in, Urozboev drives forward and downwards. Mudranov is trapped.

Mudranov falls down flat on his back. Ippon! First major upset of the tournament.
