Blue or White scores?

Oftentimes in an ura-nage situation, tori falls on his back first and then only turns onto his front. Sometimes, it even looks like uke has fallen on top of tori. But does that mean uke gets the score?

According to the decision in this clip below, what is most important is whether Blue retains control of the throw. Even if his back touches the mat first, as long as he is in control (and White is not), the score goes to Blue.

Whether the score is Yuko or Waza-Ari is debatable but the important point being made here is that the score goes to Blue, who initiated the attack and who controlled White all the way through, even though his back hits the ground and White actually lands on him before being thrown.
